1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Growth Manager's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

Growth Manager provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services, including:

• -Page optimization for AI citations
• -Programmatic SEO (pSEO)
• -Platform seeding (Reddit, Quora, YouTube)
• -Citation tracking and monitoring
• -Source outreach and entity optimization

3. Pricing and Payment

• -Growth plan: $1,999/month + $2,000 one-time setup fee
• -Enterprise plan: Custom pricing
• -All payments processed securely through Stripe
• -Services billed monthly, cancel anytime
• -We recommend 3+ months commitment for meaningful results

4. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• -Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• -Maintain the security of your password and account
• -Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• -Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• -Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
• -Use our services to compete directly with Growth Manager
• -Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

6. Results Disclaimer

GEO takes time and consistent effort. Most clients see meaningful results around month 3. We do not guarantee specific citation rates or rankings. Results depend on many factors including your industry, content quality, and market conditions.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your business strategies, data, or proprietary information to third parties except as required to provide our services or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Growth Manager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Sections relating to confidentiality, limitation of liability, and intellectual property survive termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
